Orders and Payments
Orders are subject to availability and confirmation from our suppliers. Payment must be received in full before an order is processed. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order where fraudulent or unauthorised activity is suspected.
Shipping and Delivery
Products are shipped directly from our suppliers or distributors. Delivery times may vary depending on the supplier’s location, stock availability, and courier service. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or suppliers.
Note: Not all postcodes in Australia are delivered too. Here is the list of postcodes excluded from shipping.
There is an Admin fee applied to all refunds to cover administration costs and credit card processing fees.

All returns, refunds, and exchanges are subject to the supplier’s or manufacturer’s policy. We act solely as an intermediary between you and the product supplier. To initiate a return or refund request, please contact us here on this link first — we will provide instructions in line with the supplier’s procedures.
